Many modern leaders believe in building a solid team around them by fostering the feelings of having good teamwork.

Learning to listen and practice active listening gives many advantages to a leader.
Creativity:
Quite often creative juices can stop flowing within an organization and this can limit productive thinking.
People’s work practices can become stale and stagnant and as a result, creativity can be hampered. By lacking creative ideas innovation is limited. Without innovation, it is difficult to continue to compete at the highest level.
By investing in igniting more creativity in a workplace a sense of freshness and an eagerness to design something new can help prosper more success.

By leaders choosing to admit that they need help in their role they are giving people the message that they are not perfect and that other people may know more than them. For them to admit to themselves that they do not know everything they are keeping an open mind on future decisions and by being like this, they are seeing things from other people’s point of view.
