7 Ways To Enjoy Every Moment of Your Daily Life

Too often too many people look forward to things that disappear too quickly and then latch onto something further into the future to focus on when the present moment is the one that must be enjoyed instead

Never trust the night.

Because it’s there to make you sleep.

As I write this it’s the morning after the night before. And the night before was an occasion to be looked forward to. But, now it’s all over.

And if I allow the previous night's thoughts to last I`ll throw my day off and fall behind on what I need to do.

Yet we all experience the willingness to squeeze the nighttime’s thoughts as we often look back on things like that in life with newly etched memories. We reflect on how it was and how the present leads to the future of now which is transferring us back into our ordinary time. And with that in our minds, the old routine kicks in, and nothing of consequence seems it will occur for a while longer.

Yet that’s when things of sheer excitement are possible.

And it’s when you have more control over the things to come. Because when a big occasion like Christmas, Halloween, or the height of mid-Summer is celebrated that’s when most people are sucked into the celebrations. They pin all their hopes and dreams to that big time.

And from there they often get stuck in the past and fail to kick on in their own lives in the future.

So when these times finish the harsh thump of reality hits and their lives become normal again. Right after that there’s little to look forward to for many. From then on they can often become glum for a while and settle into the old familiar pattern of routine.

However, you can change this feeling easily and not let big occasions dictate your life.

And when you do you can put it into your daily life as well. Because although these occasions only happen annually throughout many peoples’ day-to-day lives there are feelings of looking forward to certain times of the day and the dreading of other parts of it too.

But what if you could enjoy and look forward to each part of every day instead while not getting lost in the past when things go by?

Here are 7 ways to do that:

1. Switch off from analyzing your life before the nighttime arrives

Because when you do you’re allowing yourself to gild into tiredness without feeling you`ll be pulled back into your day. As your day is the place and time for you to make big decisions in life and business but your night is a time to relax and feed yourself with easy thoughts of wonder.

That’s why listening to soft music, watching some comedy, or reading a pleasant fictional book are good activities to do right before you settle your head on your pillow.

None of these activities mean much to your life but allow you to gently exercise your brain while not cushioning your subconscious to construct welcoming thoughts for your mind.

2. Trust your early morning thoughts like the ones to best guide you along the way.

As they will challenge you once your rise and when they do you must allow the most productive of them to pull you along their path. Because that’s a path that you`ve created after all and those thoughts are there to be your guideposts to the next place you want to see yourself at before you sleep again.

That’s how your subconscious from the night before either gave you clarity or became an obstacle to you choosing the correct thoughts that would guide you in the morning time.

And it’s how the night and the day work in harmony in your mind.

3. Dedicate time in the morning to be alone and imagine what you can do in life

If you do you`ll be investing in your future with a fresh and imaginative approach. Because the future comes fast and when it does it can often stifle you. By being alone in the morning your thoughts can be calm reactionary ones that will plug the pressures of that future time that you`re presented with.

As if you`ve previously given yourself time to imagine what you`d do if certain things happened you`ll have pre-planned your best move from a peaceful and unpressurized standpoint.

4. Problem-solve with a trusted person by your side once you`ve both eaten and energized together

So then you are both mentally sharp and ready to collaborate with your best thoughts. From there you can begin to judge one another’s ideas and solutions with objectivity and support. And when you find something that works you can begin to put it into action straight away.

5. Make exercise central to your break time and be mindful of what thoughts pop into your head when you move

As that’s when your thoughts will get tossed aside and you`ll be forced to focus on what exactly you`re doing. Otherwise, you could injure yourself and that would not serve you well. So by moving your body at a greater speed many thoughts are being ignored as your brain only uses the practical ones that will allow you to survive monetarily and remain protected from harm.

And by the time you`re finished your exercise, the thoughts that are foremost to your mind will likely be the ones that you ultimately are most comfortable to make actionable.

These will solve the problems you have before you again focus on the activity you`ve recently completed.

6. Write down the positive thoughts you have

So you`ll be able to see if they make sense and push you to the next level of what you want to do in life. And if they are rational then begin to mold a plan around those thoughts and move forward with confidence from there.

7. Forget the negative thoughts you have especially if they arrive from the late evening onwards

Because they can’t be trusted as being your ally. Rather they will pull you back and push you into a gloomy cycle that continues to make you stuck in the regrets of the past.

And if one negative thought rears its head to you late at night know it has no natural brightness shone on it until the morning light arrives.
